A technician comes out with tools, gauges and the parts most likely needed, and works on your floor until the machines run.

A technician arrives with tools, gauges, belts, hooks, needles and common parts, and works through the machines one by one.

Every machine is run on your own material at production speed. If an operator is there, we show them what changed and what to watch for.
Common questions
How far will you travel?
About 150 miles from our Clearwater shop. That covers Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Largo and the whole Tampa Bay area, plus Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala and Fort Myers.
Do you do on-site work for home machines too?
On-site service is set up for industrial and commercial machines that cannot travel, and for longarm quilting machines on frames. A home machine is almost always cheaper for you to drop off at the shop in Clearwater.
Can you service our whole floor in one visit?
Often yes, depending on how many machines and what they need. Many shops schedule a regular pass so machines get cleaned, oiled and re-timed before they cause a stoppage.
Do you carry parts in the truck?
We bring belts, needles, hooks, bobbin cases, feed dogs, knives, loopers, motors and foot controls for common machines. Tell us the brand and class number when you call so we can load the right ones.
Can you set up a machine we just bought?
Yes. New machines often arrive out of time or set for a different fabric. We set needle and hook timing, feed, tension, motor speed and the foot pressure for the work you actually do.
