Do you charge to look at my machine?

What brands do you work on?
Singer, Brother, Janome, Bernina, Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking, Baby Lock, Kenmore, Elna, White, Necchi, Juki and most others. We are an independent shop, so we are not tied to one brand.
What should I bring with the machine?
Bring the foot control and power cord, and the bobbin case if it is loose. Bring a scrap of the fabric that gave you trouble. Many problems live in those parts, not in the machine body.
My machine is old. Is it worth fixing?
Often yes. The older all-metal machines were built to be serviced, and they usually sew better than a new low-cost machine. If parts are hard to find we will say so plainly.
Can I just walk in?
Yes, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. We are in an industrial park with parking right by the door, so you do not have to carry the machine far.
