Juki Sewing Machine Repair, Home and Industrial
Juki is one of the few brands we service on both sides of the shop, home machines on the bench and industrial heads out on factory floors. The TL quilting machines and the DDL lockstitch heads are two of the most common machines we see. We are an independent repair shop and not an authorized Juki dealer or service center.
Common problems with these machines
- Automatic thread trimmer and knee lifter faults on TL series quilting machines
- Hook timing drift and safety clutch trips on DDL industrial lockstitch heads
- Oil pump and wick trouble that leaves the head dry or drips oil onto the goods
- Clutch motors that cannot be controlled at low speed and need a servo
- Knife and looper wear on MO series sergers
- Thread breaks at high speed from a nicked hook or a rough thread path
Models we see often
- TL series (TL-2010Q and similar)
- DDL-8700 industrial lockstitch
- LU series walking foot
- MO series sergers
- Exceed HZL-F series
Juki parts are good to find on both the home and industrial side. We stock hooks, bobbin cases, feed dogs, needle plates, knives, loopers, belts, servo motors and industrial needles for the common Juki classes.
We are an independent repair shop. We do not represent any manufacturer and we have no affiliation with the companies that make these machines. Brand names appear only to describe the machines we service, and each name belongs to its owner.
